- Rub a pinch of salt and 1 lemon to 1kg fish pieces. After 20 minutes, gently wash the fish and drain any excess water.
- Marinate the fish with 4 tbsp oil, a few drops of vinegar or fresh lemon juice and 1 pack of Nimkish Tandoori Fish Spice Mix. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and lightly brush oil on the marinated fish pieces. Place the fish on the grill tray and cook at 200 degrees/390 fahrenheit for 10 minutes per side until the dish can be flaked with fork. Serve with mint or coriander dip.
