Recipe
- Make shallow diagonal cuts on 1 kg chicken pieces. Mix the chicken with 4 tbsp oil, 8 tbsp yogurt/mayonnaise, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 pack of Nimkish Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix. Set aside for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
- Oven - Preheat the oven and lightly brush oil on the chicken pieces. Place the chicken on grill tray and cook at 200°C / 390°F for about 15 minutes. Then turn the pieces & cook for another 10 minutes. Check if chicken is thoroughly cooked and serve with onion rings.

- To cook in a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and sauté the marinated chicken pieces until oil separates. Add 1/2 cup (150ml) water and let it simmer till the chicken is dry and tender. Squeeze some lemon on top and serve hot.
