For Non-Veg (Chicken or Meat - 500g)
- Make shallow cuts and marinate with 2 tbsp oil and 1 pack of Nimkish Curry Sauce Spice Mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the marinated chicken/meat pieces on medium heat until brown and oil separates.
- Add 1 cup (300ml) water to the pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low, over the pan with lid and let it simmer for 5 - 10 minutes till the curry is thick.
For Veg (Paneer or Mixed Vegetables - 300g)
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and add 200g crushed tomatoes, 100g plain yogurt, salt (according to taste) and 1 pack of Nimkish Curry Sauce Spice Mix. Saute on medium heat until oil separates.
- Add 1 cup (300ml) water to the pan with 300g mixed veggies (parboiled) or panner and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 -10 minutes until curry is nice and thick.
