Recipe
- Rub a pinch of salt and 1/2 lemon juice to 500g of fish pieces. After 15-20 minutes, gently wash the fish and Adrian excess water.
- In a frying pan, heat 6 tbsp oil and shallow fly the pieces for 5 minutes over on medium heat. Place the fish on absorbent kitchen paper and set aside.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes. 50g yogurt and 1 pack of Nimkish Fish Curry Spice Mix and saute until the oil separates.
- Add either 1 cup of water or coconut milk and keep stirring till it boils. Now add fried fish pieces to pan & simmer for another 5 minutes until the the gravy is of desired consistency. Fish curry is ready to be served with rice or bread.
