- Make a shallow diagonal cut on 500g chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken with 4 tbsp oil and 1 pack of Nimkish Butter Chicken Spice Mix. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a large pan and add marinated chicken pieces and saute on medium heat until tender. Put 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes and saute until oil separates.
- Add 1 cup (300ml) milk, 100g cream and keep stirring on high heat till it boils. Then close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes or till curry is think. Garnish with fresh coriander
