Recipe
- Wash 500g meat in a bowl and marinate with 1 pack of Nimkish Meat Curry Spice Mix, 4 tbsp oil and 3 (200g) crush tomatoes.
- Put the mixture in a heavy bottom pan and saute on low heat until water dries and oil separates.
- Add 1 1/4 cup (400ml) of water to the pan and stir to mix well. Bring to a simmer and cover the pan.
- Keep checking on the meant as it cooks and add more water if water dries up. Stir often to prevent burning. When the meat id cooked and the sauce has thickened, garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
